New Zealand Orders

New Zealand orders may be subject to applicable GST, customs duties, import levies or processing charges.

Where charges are lawfully payable upon import and have not been collected by Hidden Aura, the recipient may be responsible for those charges.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Hidden Aura prepares and dispatches orders from Victoria, Australia.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays.

We ship through Australia Post and its international delivery partners.

Shipping options, costs and applicable delivery information are provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframes are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

International delivery may be affected by customs procedures, postal network delays, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where an order cannot be dispatched within the advertised timeframe, we will provide notice and appropriate cancellation, delay-consent or refund options as required by applicable law.
